The full-grain leather that was utilized on the upper of these Georgia Hammer work boots looks incredibly masculine, has outstanding hardiness and is incredibly smooth to the touch. The leather collar has been padded twice, this allows it to provide superior cushioning and it will prevent these boots from digging into the back of your legs. Another great feature on the upper of these work boots is the lace-up design; because of this feature, it is possible to change how tight or loose the bootlaces are fastened, which basically allows you to modify how these boots fit.
The steel toe that has been constructed into this 8" work boot is able to withstand up to 75 lbs. of impact and compression; it complies with the ASTM F2413 I/75 C/75 Protective Toe Classification. As an alternative to the inflexible met-guard that you are used to wearing, this men's work boot has been made with ANTImpact™; this internal met-guard still provides fantastic protection against falling objects, but since this is an incredibly soft material, these boots will be much more comfortable to wear.
